How to Search

  • Search by: Predicted motif ids: This means you can search predicted motifs by using the motif id. e.g.: if you want to search the predicted motif with id M101, just simply input M101 as the keyword and then click the Search! The range of the predicted motif ID is from M0 to M316. For all predicted motif ids , please check s1 in the download directory Download.
  • Search by: Similar PLACE motifs: This means you can search predicted motifs based on similar PLACE motifs (Stamp result). e.g: if you want to search the predicted motif,which is similar with RAV1BAT, just simply input RAV1BAT as the keyword and then you can specify the STAMP E-Value cutoff for searching. For all PLACE motifs, please see Here.
  • Search by: Similar Transfac motifs: This means you can search predicted motifs based on similar Transfac motifs (Stamp result). e.g: if you want to search the predicted motif,which is similar with M01139, just simply input M01139 as the keyword and then you can specify the STAMP E-value cutoff for searching.For all transfac motifs, please see Here.
