How to Search

  • Here, we show the instances of motifs in the upstream 1kb of the predicted target genes you searched. For each given predicted target gene, we have provided the following information: (1) The motifs (after removing redundant motifs), which have instances in the upstream 1kb of the target gene. (2) Exact instances of motifs occuring in the upstream 1kb of the target gene. (3) The position of motif instances in the upstream sequence of predicted target gene.
